About Brittany Wise

FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL

Brittany Wise is a senior communications and strategy leader with more than 15 years of experience advising boards, executive teams and senior leaders within Florida’s public higher education system. Her career includes leadership roles at the University of Florida, Florida’s flagship university, and at the State University System of Florida’s Board of Governors, which is led by the system chancellor.

Across these roles, Brittany led communications, media relations, governance engagement and strategic alignment, working closely with system leaders, trustees, presidents and statewide stakeholders. Her experience spans both institutional leadership and system-level governance, giving her a rare perspective on how decisions, messaging and policy intersect across complex organizations.

Brittany’s work focuses on strengthening institutional visibility, aligning leadership around shared priorities and helping organizations communicate their value with clarity and conviction. She has guided leaders through major strategic initiatives, national media attention, leadership transitions and high-stakes policy environments.

Partnering with Bascom Communications Group to ensure full service, she founded B.Wise Communications and Strategic Advising to provide the kind of trusted, senior-level partnership leaders need, particularly in moments that shape institutional direction and long-term credibility.
